Although the successful candidate will be working as part of an experienced team, support sessions will generally be on a one to one basis and therefore some previous experience of work in mental health would be desirable.

If you want to make a difference to someone in your community, support them to achieve their potential and help them enjoy life, then we want to hear from you.

Our employees are our biggest asset and our staff package reflects that. We are a Real Living Wage employer and offer all our care and support employees 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a generous pension contribution, great training and much more.
